Child Centred Social Accountability (CCSA) is an innovative, rights-based and community-driven approach that relies on strong partnerships with civil society organisations to drive accountability for the realisation of children’s rights. It aims to provide children and communities with a crucial opportunity to directly engage with duty-bearers (decision-makers, public officials, and/or service providers) to hold them accountable for the quality and accessibility of the delivery of services, including health, education, protection, and social protection. It seeks to improve these services for children and to strengthen their ability to be heard within institutions that matter in their lives.

During this webinar, you will learn about the Child-Centred Social Accountability approach and how you can engage children and civil society actors to hold decision-makers to account through strengthening capacity and spaces for children to participate in service assessments, decision-making processes and advocacy.
