The Alliance has produced two frameworks to help governments and organisations structure their resources to protect children against being sexually exploited online:
Below are interactive guides to explain how each capability can be best implemented.

Implementing the Global Strategic Response
This guidance aims to support practitioners and decision-makers across the globe to reach the outcomes outlined in the Alliance’s Global Strategic Response (GSR) to eliminate child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA) online.
The GSR responds to the international nature of the issue and provides objectives and a comprehensive strategy for collaboration, coordination and shared learning to eliminate CSEA online at global, regional and regional levels.
Implementing the Model National Response
The Model National Response builds on many years of work by experts and practitioners for action to prevent and tackle child sexual exploitation and abuse online.
This model helps enable countries to:
- Assess its current response and identify gaps;
- Prioritise national efforts to fill gaps;
- Enhance international understanding and cooperation.
